For decades we as a race have been fascinated with outer space, exploring its possbilities, its limitations and never ceasing to be amazed at its potential. This intrigue is captured in the exhibition ‚Infinities‘ by French photographer Vincent Fournier, whose photographs from his ‚Space Project‘ document a number of locations associated with space travel on earth, such as the Juri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center near Moscow and the Mars Desert Research Station in Utah.

Vernissage & Installation / Urban Nation pop up exhibition & installation

A new project aiming to home and support international urban art, Urban Nation will this week present the fourth installation of their project ‚M/‘ which on May 17th will temporarily transform a residential building undergoing change with the work of contemporary urban artists from around the globe. At the same time a pop up exhibition, ‚LAX/TXL‘ will be held at the Urban Nation headquarters across the street, featuring the work of 60 international artists in a 16×16 inch format.

Performance / Month of Performance Art Berlin ‚For the love of food‘

The Month of Performance Art (aka May) is now in full swing, and this Sunday is a great chance to catch part of the festival’s varied program at Holzmarket 25. Featuring a group of artists from across the world, ‚For the love of food‘ will combine different narratives on the subject of one of the things we like to talk about most – what we eat. Expect a whole amalgamation of food tasting, drinking, food perfromed and performing! The perfect antidote to your Saturday night (and/or Sunday morning).
