Vernissage / Galerie im Körnerpark

Thursday 12th November – 4:30pm

As the nights grow longer and the days grow colder, let a little light into your life with a visit to Karen Albers‘ extraordinary illuminated installation at Galerie im Körnerpark. For more than twenty years, Albers has lived and worked around the corner from Körnerpark, honing a practice in photography, film and video; today, Albers‘ innovative public art intervention transforms her neighborhood park, drawing art and nature together in an evocative exploration of light itself.

Vernissage / VW (VeneKlasen/Werner)

Saturday 14th November – 6pm until 9pm

Rose Wylie’s upcoming exhibition Dressed to Kill presents a brand new body of paintings and works on paper that dazzles the senses and delights the mind’s eye. Wylie’s energetic practice engages an outsider-art aesthetic in the contemplation of the modern day high-art avant-garde. With emotive brushwork and a daring, expansive artistic imagination, Wylie’s work is decadent, playful, and fiercely unfettered.
